Chief Complaint: Fever
a. History: High grade fever
B. Further History: Nasal congestion, cough, and rhinorrhea. Irritability, and frequent tugging of left ear
C. Physical Exam: left tympanic membrane (TM) appears erythematous, cloudy, bulging, and exudative; left TM fails to move on pneumatic otoscopy.
